Fuss Free Fajitas
Serves 4
Ingredients:
Amaizin Tortilla Wraps
2 Leeks
1 packet of Tempeh
1 tin of Suma Sweetcorn
1 jar of Mr Organic Marinara
Method:
1. To a frying pan add the tempeh and fry of 5minutes.
2. Roughly chop the leeks and add to the frying pan.
3. Add to the pan sweetcorn and marinara sauce.
4. Microwave the tortilla wraps for 1 minute, and cobstruct the fajita.
5. Serve and enjoy!
