Crunchy Cookie Bites
Makes 12

Ingredients:
100g Amisa Gluten Free Porridge Oats
5tbsp Biona Organic Crunchy Almond Butter
3tbsp Meridian Organic Maple Syrup
2tbsp Infinity Organic Walnut Halves (roughly chopped)
2tbsp Mr Popples Raw Chocolate (roughly chopped)
2tsp Vanilla Extract
Method:
1. Mix together the maple syrup, almond butter and vanilla extract.
2. Stir in the oats, walnuts and chocolate.
3. Mix throughly.
4. Roll into 12 tablespoon sized bites/balls.
5. Serve and enjoy!
